Description: This point database conatins a point for all of the parcels within the corporate limits of Snow Hill as of 01/29/2025. Address points were joined with parcels to obtain the State Department of Assessment & Taxation Account ID No. for future reference. A field was created "Improved with Address" was the first indication if a property was developed versus vacant. In some cases improvements have been built across property lines so there maybe duplication of addresses for 2 separate SDAT Accounts. In addition, some cemeteries have assigned addresses but are not available for development. Parking lots were noted not to be available for development. Where known "landmark names" or comments were noted.
