Therefore, any area that is not included in the parcel layer will not be included in this zoning layer. For example: The roads and areas that were considered as right of ways are not included in this zoning layer. Also, there are areas around roads that are SHA properties that are excluded from the parcel layer and now this zoning layer. For example: the areas inside of highway ramps etc.... NOTE: Re-zoning cases have been included however other than the re-zoning cases, this data is based on the 2009 parcell layer, and has not been updated relative to any parcel layer updates. So if comparing the current parcel layer to this zoning data there may be boundary line descrepancies due to parcel boundary updates/changes/corrections after 2009. Primary districts.
