ESRI Coordinates defining the features. 20250313 Worcester County Various Unknown Worcester County paper WC Worcester County The method for generating the feature class "WorcLaterals" layer began with obtaining the documents from Worcester County and scanning them using a wide format scanner in order to make digital copies of each document. Next, the documents were examined and a feature class layer was created along with associated attribute fields based on the information obtained from the documents. Once the feature classes were created, the documents were brought into an ArcMap project (.mxd) and georeferenced based on features from the image. Features were then created as they were found. Each feature was then attributed as completely as possible with the information provided during the creation process. A final review of the entire feature class was made by Spatial Systems Associates, Inc. The data was presented to Worcester County to ensure accuracy. From there, the second round of revisions were made and the final copy was given to Worcester County.
