The data set was received by the Worcester Regional GIS (WRGIS) as an Arc Coverage. The coverage was converted to a shape file by the WRGIS. This coverage is a representation of the Tidal Influences within the MD Coastal Bays. The WRGIS did a quality control check of the coverage by comparing the tidal line created by the MD DNR to the 1989 DOQQ's and making logical adjustments.
